- My Safe Florida Home program assistance

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

6. Service Estimates and Contracts
All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during work. Final pricing will be outlined in a separate written contract. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

- Deposits may be required before work begins

- Final payment is due upon completion of work

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual contracts. However, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upgrade GC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upgrade GC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and Upgrade GC regarding your use of our services.

20. Florida-Specific Provisions
As a Florida-based contractor, we comply with all applicable Florida construction and licensing laws. Our Florida contractor license information is available upon request. All work performed will comply with Florida Building Code requirements.
